Good night

Now I lay me down to sleep
I pray for rest so deep
For dreams of things I do not know
To travel where I fear to go
Where things aren’t real a mystery
Subconsciously play my fantasy
What messages this night may bring
With heart and mind so free to sing
Poetry I pray to Thee
Thy Spirit will be here with me
Soften my heart throughout the night
Free my Soul of earthly fright
Show me signs to know Thy Will
Abide therein I will be still
To know Thy Love as worthy son
Worthy child of Thee I pray to be
Amen

Dear Father, In the silence of my heart, I come before You, humbly seeking Your divine presence and guidance. As I lift my voice to You, I ask for the grace to abide in Your will, to walk in Your ways, and to fulfill the purpose You have ordained for me. Felt Your Spirit in Christmass Eve Mass today. So grateful I must say. My girls, my wife, one of the best days of my life. Praising You and Your Son and the Holy Ghost. Being with them is what means the most. Singing praise the best I could. Doing what I think I should. Making the best of what I got. Knowing for sure it is a lot.
